Yakuza: Like a Dragon, the last chapter of the successful series SEGA, will hit store shelves next November, coinciding with the start of the new generation of consoles. Although it will therefore be a cross-platform title, as we will be able to play it on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S e Xbox series X, but also on PlayStation 4 (for future players PlayStation 5 instead we will have to wait a little longer), the game in recent months has been strongly linked to the console of Microsoft products. Yakuza: Like a Dragon will in fact be one of the flagship titles of the Xbox consoles, which have heavily bet on him for their debut on the world market. Fortunately for all gamers, it looks like this new chapter will run at high performance.
The list of titles on the Microsoft Store has in fact been recently updated, confirming that the SEGA title will have a resolution on Xbox Series X 4K with 60 FPS. The new Microsoft flagship console thus confirms its high potential, offering a game that will be able to count on a high framerate, potentially improvable up to 120 FPS, although no confirmation has been received for the latter at the moment. Conversely, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will have a 30 FPS resolution. The information on the Microsoft Store is not clear on the resolution of the title on Series S, which presumably will be lower than that of Series X.
This new Yakuza will bring with it a complete reinterpretation of the franchise, becoming a real reboot of the series. In addition to the possibility of explore an unprecedented area of Japan, the protagonist will change, and battles will be faced using a new combat system, which combines the fighting soul of the previous episodes with a new Japanese RPG-style turn-based combat system. Before leaving you, we therefore remind you that Yakuza: Like a Dragon will be released on November 10 for PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC.
