Where to find all treasure maps

In Assassin's Creed Rogue they are hidden 24 treasure maps which, once found, will take you to the location where the are buried relics of the Templars. The following are the areas where the treasure maps are located (synchronize the observation points, the maps will be marked with the Celtic cross icon in the center):

New York: (6)
Lower Manhattan - 1
Waterfront - 1
Greenwich - 1
Stuyvesant’s Farm - 1
East Village - 1
King's Farm - 1

River Valley: (9)
Albany - 1
Sleepy Hollow - 1
St. Nicholas - 1
Old Growth Forest - 1
Mont Saint Denis - 1
Ord-du-Nord - 1
Old Quarry - 1
Ile Des Pins - 1
Orenda - 1

North Atlantic: (9)
Port Menier - 2
Halifax - 1
Port Aux Basques - 1
Anticosti - 1
Sept-Iles - 1
St. John's - 1
The Sapphire - 1
St. Anthony - 1

Then find the maps in these areas, thanks to their help (and also thanks to the video you find below) you will know where to dig exactly to find the Relics of the Templars. Travel to Sapphire in the North Atlantic and bring all 24 relics to get the treasure Armor of the Templars.
