We knew of the existence of the sequel to the highly acclaimed antihero The Marvel movies for many months already, but we still didn't know what the official name was. Recently Sony and Marvel, however, have announced what the official title of the film will be, that is Venom: Let There Be Carnage, which obviously refers to what seems to be the villain of the film. Unfortunately however there is also bad news, as the film was postponed almost a year.
As reported by Variety, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, whose previous release date was October 2 this year, has in fact been postponed to June 25, 2021. The film will be set after Venom (2018) and will see the return of Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock e Woody Harrelson that will interpret Cletus Cassidy, host of the Carnage symbiote.
