The Wonderful 101: Remastered, frame rate problems detected on Switch

The long-awaited and imminent The Wonderful 101: Remastered is upon us and expectations are very high, especially from historical fans of the title. However, a thorough technical analysis of the game from Digital Foundry was released today, highlighting its multiple weaknesses from a technical point of view, especially when run on a Nintendo Switch in TV mode. The latter in fact comes with an improved resolution of 1080p and with the same visual effects as the previous version released in 2013 on WiiU, nevertheless a significantly more frame-rate bass, which doesn't even hit 30fps. As for the portable mode, the gap would seem to be decidedly less evident: this is probably due to the maximum resolution, which with this function only touches the 720p.

These figures speak for themselves and unfortunately have disappointed players who have long wanted to fully enjoy the adventure of The Wonderful 101: Remastered which features cute colorful superheroes. At the bottom of the news, we leave you the complete video of the technical analysis on all 3 platforms: clearly on the systems PlayStation 4 - and obviously also on PC - fps are approaching the figure of 60, with some maximum fluctuations of 50fps. Speaking of the Nintendo world, did you know that the Japanese house has recently announced Paper Mario: The Origami King, also promising a release date close enough?
