The cast of the series The Last of Us, the transposition of the famous video game by N to Playstation finally takes shape. The two new entries were announced directly by the profile Twitter of the software house, which brought us two very important names. The next actors who will play in the TV series HBO they are indeed Pedro Pascal, which has lately risen to the limelight for The Mandalorian, Beautiful Ramsey. The two will play none other than Ellie and Joel.

In the past few hours there was talk of Mahershala Ali as Joel's likely face but apparently things turned out differently for the star Luke Cage and True Detective. Ellie will instead have the face of Bella Ramsey, already seen there The Throne of Swords (another HBO production) in the role of Lyanna Mormont. Both names have also been confirmed by N of Naughty Dog (supervisor of the series), who said he was extremely happy with the presence of Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey in the TV series of The Last of Us. HBO and Sony Pictures TV will produce the series together with PlayStation Productions, Word Games and game developer Naughty Dog. Francesco Orsi, executive vice president of HBO Programming said:

The HBO series, if it wasn't already expected by many gamers, now certainly has one more reason to be watched, given the caliber that its cast is also reaching.
