Announced yesterday, the HBO series of The Last of Us it turned out to be a very welcome surprise for all fans of Naughty Dog's work and not, however there is still little information about it. The manufacturer Craig Mazin, answering questions on Twitter, however, reassured fans regarding the fidelity of the transposition with respect to the video game, in particular with regard to the character of Ellie.
A user has in fact asked Mazin not to change the sexual orientation of the protagonist, receiving as a response a sure "You have my word". Below you will find the two tweets:

We remind you that The Last of Us series will be produced not only by Mazin, but also by Neil Druckmann, author and creative director of the game.
