The Amazing Spider-man - Guide to all unlockable costumes

 

In the closet of our faithful Spidy there is a lot of space to add a lot of extra unlockable costumes and in this guide we will see just how to unlock all the alternate costumes in The Amazing Spider-man. I don't know from you but it's hot here to put hamsters in their underwear, so no frills and let's get straight to the point.

First of all you need to know that to unlock different costumes you need to have the camera which is unlocked in Chapter 3. You will need the camera to photograph the Spider-man logo that appears in certain parts of the city. However, these symbols to be photographed only appear at certain times of the year. The possibilities are therefore two: wait and play during the indicated periods or go to the system settings of the console and change the date. If you want to do first and choose the second option, remember to do everything offline, because if the console is connected the date is automatically updated.

 

Costume "Cross Species"
Complete the game on any difficulty to unlock this Spider-man costume.

Costume nero "New Black Suit"
Complete the game 100% (all collectibles, etc.) to unlock this costume.

Birthday cap
Play the game on any date in August 2012. Now, as soon as you enter Peter Parker's apartment, you will see that the hat is unlocked. You can select it from the closet and use it on any costume. Everything is shown in this video.

Costume "Scarlet Spider"
Play the game on any date of December 2012. When you change the date on the console always remember to stay OFFLINE, otherwise the system will update the date automatically. Costume "Negative Zone"

Costume "Future Foundation"
Play the game on any date of December 2012. When you change the date on the console always remember to stay OFFLINE, otherwise the system will update the date automatically. Now go north to Central Park where there is a gas station. In the alley next to it, on the side of the gas station building, is the Spider-man logo that you need to photograph to unlock this suit. The exact location is shown in this video.

Costume "Big Time"
Play the game on any date of December 2012. When you change the date on the console always remember to stay OFFLINE, otherwise the system will update the date automatically. Now go to the center of Times Square, where there is a small red staircase with a glass frame. On the glass you will see the Spider-Man logo that you will have to photograph to uncheck the costume. The location of this logo is shown in this video.

Costume nero "Classic Black Suit"
Play the game on any date of December 2012. When you change the date on the console always remember to stay OFFLINE, otherwise the system will update the date automatically. Now go northwest of the Oscorp building where there is a small park. In the park you will find a pagoda. Enter the pagoda and on the ceiling you will see the Spider-Man logo that you will need to photograph to unlock this costume. The exact location of the logo is shown in this video.

Classic Costume - DLC
Initially it was possible to unlock this costume only by entering the pre-order code given only to those who pre-booked the game. However, it seems that it is now available for free for all owners of a UK and European PSN account. This costume should be exclusive to PS3 users.

Costume Stan Lee - DLC
Initially it was possible to unlock this costume only by entering the pre-order code delivered only to those who pre-booked the game from Amazon or Gamestop / EB Games. However, it seems that it is now available for free for all owners of a PSN UK account or a European account. We have no news regarding the Xbox 360 version.

"Vigilante" Costume - DLC
Initially this costume was a PS3 exclusive to a contest organized by Hardis. However, it seems that it is now available for free to all owners of a UK and European PSN account, but it also seems to have remained a PS3 exclusive.
