After the arrival of System Shock 2 back in the distant 1999, the community eagerly awaits the arrival of a third installment, which is currently in development at OtherSide Entertainment. System Shock 3 it is certainly not an easy project, as the first two chapters have in fact strongly marked the market, subsequently patenting the shock-like genre. However, it appears that this project is again in jeopardy after the departure of Starbreeze, and that it may be canceled at any moment.
In fact, recently the employees of the aforementioned software house who were working on System Shock 3 abandoned the project, as has unfortunately been officially confirmed. There are unfortunately no further details, which we hope will arrive over the next few days or weeks.
