Super Nintendo World: The official website offers you a virtual tour of the park

Just last month Shigeru Miyamoto had opened the doors of the Super Nintendo World, the theme park entirely dedicated, at the moment, to the universe of the famous mascot Super Mario, inspired by the Mushroom Kingdom. Well, while waiting for the park to be officially inaugurated on February 4th, we can already take a tour inside thanks to the park's official website, which will allow everyone to take a virtual tour of the main attractions. The Super Nintendo World was supposed to be inaugurated this summer, just during Tokyo 2020 Olympics, but as a precautionary maneuver for the national health crisis, it was decided to postpone both events. But, fortunately, in the meantime we can get an idea of what awaits us.

The website gives us a lot of information. Scrolling down the home page, we can immediately admire the entrance, as well as visit the Bowser Castle, take a look at the train of Yoshi's Adventure, go to the restaurant Kinopio's Cafe (Toad's Cafe) and take a look at the merchandise that will be on sale at 1UP Factory gift shop: among the items available for purchase there will be Mario hats and gloves, but also plush toys of the characters of the iconic saga, t-shirts and much more. The section of the website called “Let's enjoy the area with the whole body” explains how the NFC bracelet di Nintendo to collect keys and coins while we visit the Super Nintendo World: by defeating the enemies and using a smartphone app we will unlock the final battle against the final boss. Both rides in the area, Mario Kart Koopa's Challenge and Yoshi's Adventure, will last about five minutes and there will be height restrictions. Finally, the site also gives us new information on the Kinopio Cafe menu, which will include the Mario Burger (a hamburger with bacon and cheese), the Super Mushroom Pizza Bowl, Pac-n-Flower (Piranha Plant) Caprese and Hatena Block Tiramisu.

We are sure that as soon as the global pandemic situation has calmed down and we have the opportunity to travel again, Super Nintendo World will be a mandatory stop on any trip to Japan.
