    Super Nintendo World: Osaka park opening postponed to 2021

    Nintendo for some years it has started the construction of various amusement parks called Super Nintendo World, which obviously have attractions based on his main IPs. The Kyoto company, in collaboration with the Universal Studios, has long ago decided to create various parks, one of which a Orlando and another a Osaka. The latter is certainly the one that, at the moment, is in the most advanced stage of the works, so much so that, as reported in our previous article, it had to be inaugurated during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Unfortunately the opening was postponed (together with the Olympic Games themselves) due to the pandemic caused by the coronavirus and, until today, the date - or at least the time window - in which the park would open its doors was shrouded in mystery.



    We used the past because, in the last few hours, it was announced by Nintendo itself that the Osaka park will be inaugurated during the spring of the 2021. The theme park will offer a very special experience to all visitors. In addition to the aforementioned presence of attractions depicting Mario, Yoshi and other iconic Nintendo characters, a bracelet that will interact not only with aapplication dedicated to download on your smartphone but also with the attractions themselves. It will thus be possible to collect monete e virtual stamps which will allow us to compete with other visitors in real time.

    The opening of Super Nintendo World in Osaka will anticipate that of the Orlando parks, Singapore e Hollywood. The big N has communicated, however, that, although the inauguration of the park is postponed, a Mario Cafe and Store in the Hollywood area of ​​the Universal Japan Studio. At this point we just have to wait for further official information regarding the opening date and progress of the works of the Osaka park and all the others.
