Stranger Things: Creators have been accused of plagiarism

In the last few hours the Duffer brothers, or the creators of the TV series Stranger Things, were sued by director Charlie Kessler. The reason for this complaint is that, according to Kessler, the Duffers would have stolen his idea for the short film "Montauk", presented in 2012 at the Hamptos International Film Festival. In fact, even here we talk about the disappearance of a boy, the military base and even the extra-dimensional creature.

Apparently the cause of this similarity is to be found in the fact that both productions are inspired by the book by Preston Nichols "The Montauk Projects: Experiments in Time", published in 1992. At this point we just have to wait for the story to evolve. ; we will continue to keep you updated here on Resources4Gaming.
