Steam Game Festival: The event has been postponed for a week

As announced today, so too Steam Game Festival was officially postponed. The confirmation comes directly from the journalist Geoff Keighley, who reported the new date on his official Twitter account. As we know, it will be an event full of surprises, which will be accompanied by announcements and demos also provided for users, even if, however, we will be forced to wait a few more days to experience it together. We attach below the published post.

The Steam Game Festival: Summer Edition has been postponed for a week, instead of June 16th it will take place on June 22nd.

Due to the many riots that have emerged in recent days, several conferences have received more or less extensive postponements, aimed at giving voice to events that are certainly important but completely external to the world of video games. For example, let's talk about EA Play, which today was also postponed by a week, as detailed in the following article. We just have to hope that the postponement of this festival can stop this trail, and that the Summer Game Fest can return to offer weekly events full of news, obviously divided into the many categories that unite this world.
