Splash Damage is currently working on a Google Stadia exclusive

Splash Damage, software house known for working on the title taken from the franchise of Gears of War, or Gears Tactics, has released a few hours ago a statement regarding a new project linked exclusively to Google Stadia, the proprietary game-streaming platform of Google. These are the words of the team:

“We are very happy to announce that we are currently working on a new game exclusively for Google Stadia. We at Splash Damage are always looking for new ideas and the best innovation and, in this 'platform', we have found our new partner in order to best express our vision. We have always been huge fans of Google Stadia since its announcement and now we are really happy to be able to work on it ”.

Splash Damage, therefore, in addition to being currently engaged with Gears Tactics out on 28th April su PC e Xbox One, is also working on a mysterious new IP. The studio, we recall, has already collaborated in the past with Microsoft products giving support to the realization of Gears 5 and to Halo The Master Chief Collection, respectively made by The Coalition e 343 Industries.

Also being Splash Damage an independent developer, it could take advantage of the new program made by Google called Stadia Makers Program, a software dedicated to independent developers that will facilitate the creation of a title through some tools and plans created according to individual needs.
