Spider-Man 3: will the return of Electro be explained in WandaVision?

As fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Jamie Foxx is in talks with "La Casa delle Idee" to return to the role of Electro in the next Spider-Man 3 with Tom Holland. Well, according to what emerged from MCU Cosmic (via The Direct), the arrival of the villain in the current timeline of the MCU could be caused by the multiverses, and in particular, strictly connected to the TV series WandaVision, arriving in our country by the end of 2020 exclusively on Disney +. We report below what is present on the site:

There is a certain madness in the multiverses involved in moving that version of Electro from one cinematic universe to another. Wanda really messed things up with her little "vision".

It is not clear why this information was only shared after THR broke the news that Jamie Foxx was returning as Electro, but the hypothesis that Scarlet Witch somehow tearing apart the Marvel Cinematic Universe with his powers is truly intriguing, opening infinite possibilities to the franchise, giving Tom Holland's Spider-Man the ability to face enemies from other realities. That there really is the possibility of seeing, sooner or later, the "reunion" of the Spider-Men of Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield and of Holland himself?

Furthermore, during a recent interview Foxx confirmed that he would be returning to the role of Electro, But that it wouldn't have had that blue tint that distinguished the character in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Waiting to find out more details on the film, which should debut in cinemas next December 17 2021, we remind you to take these rumors with the appropriate precautions, since in the past the source of the indiscretion has not proved to be entirely reliable.
