Spider-Man 3: Jamie Foxx could play Electro again

The franchise of Spider-Man, as well as that of the whole whole Marvel Cinematic Universe or MCU, it is most likely one, if not the first, of those most appreciated and desired by its audience. The adventures of our trusted Spider-Man have always been a cornerstone for entire generations of kids who love Superheroes and, referring back to the films, one of the most popular characters on the entire Marvel roster. After the last film entitled Spider-Man: Far From Home, the expectations for a third adventure have become very high. As if this were not enough, according to a source reported by the American newspaper Hollywood Reporter, the Oscar winner Jamie Foxx seems to be in fairly advanced negotiations to play the villain again Electro in this third chapter directed by Jon Watts.

The actor is no stranger to the world of Spider-Man thanks to his presence as Peter Parker's antagonist in the T filmhe Amazing Spider-Man 2. At the moment the production of Spider-Man 3 has not yet started due to too many commitments of Tom Holland, protagonist of the film, in the Uncharted movie. Production will again be entrusted to Kevin Feige (president of Marvel Studios) and Amy Pascal will sit alongside him as a producer through his Pascal Pictures.

Anyone who has already seen the film will know that, at the end of the film (SPOILER), Mysterio revealed to everyone the identity of the protagonist accusing him of his murder. The hype to find out all the news in this regard is very high. All that remains is to wait directly for Sony, or someone from the crew, to release an official statement to find out if and when the work will take shape, with or without Oscar winner Jamie Foxx to play the enemy Electro in this work which, at the moment, is not still expected of a title. And how long are you waiting for the new third film starring Tom Holland? Let us know in the comments.
