In the last few hours the news has come that filming will soon begin Space Jam 2, which will see another star of the NBA in the lead role: the number 23 of Lakers, LeBron James. The athlete has been confirmed as part of the cast of the new film, which will be directed by Terence Nance and produced by Ryan Coogler. If the first episode, in its own way, marked an era, the challenge that LeBron it faces is to prove worthy of its predecessor; Jordan however, it could also appear in this new film, which aims to be in continuity with the first.
James, speaking of the manufacturer, said:
I love his ability to see things. This is an opportunity for Ryan to speak to an audience made up mostly of children. The collaboration that will arise for the production of Space Jam 2 is much more than putting me and the Looney Tunes together on the same set, it is a much more ambitious project. The goal is to make the little ones understand how much they can aim to do if they don't stop dreaming.
The making of the film will therefore be a challenge worthy of the champion of Lakers. The production of Space Jam 2 it will start next year, during the off-season, to allow athletes to participate in the filming.
