Skyrim - How to enter the Academy of Winterhold [wizards guild]

Here's what needs to be done in Skyrim to enter Winterhold Academy and join the guild of wizards.

The academy of Winterhold is, little but obvious, in Winterhold! To enter you will first need to cast a spell on the gate. If you don't have it, talk to the guardian of the bridge, a certain Faralda who will be able to sell you some.

If you do not have enough Magicka to cast the spell, use the potions to charge it or start a dialogue with Faralda in which you will say that you are a Dragonborn. Once logged in, talk to Grand Master Tolfdir to get the "First Lesson" quest. Complete it and you will be a member of the academy unlocking the "Keeper" achievement.
