Today, Konami unveiled a new official gameplay of Six Days in Fallujah, title under development at Highwire Games who has recently risen from his own ashes. The work had already been previously presented, with also several insights into the themes that this will deal with, but this time we mainly talked about the procedurality of the game.
As it is possible to see in the gameplay present at the bottom of the article, Six Days in Fallujah will feature different maps each time, which will be randomly generated to offer unique variety. According to what we have seen, players will rarely have the impression of reliving a game they have already completed, even if the main objectives of the missions and the events will remain the same.
In the game, users will have to settle into an immersive shooter experience, where they will have the opportunity to relive the true stories of soldiers, Marines and civilians in one of the toughest battles ever, set in 1968. In every game it will be necessary lead a team in maps that simulate the dangers and uncertainties of war, where every second could be fatal.
These are technologies that have not yet been widely explored by the market, and it is also for this reason that the attention towards the work is quite high. In fact, we will have to find out how the developer will make the maps varied, managing to create the infinite variety and uncertainty promised for each of the clashes. While in, the harsh history of the war will also be deepened, thanks to the help of over 100 soldiers and civilians who participated in the war, and are contributing in order to make the experience more real than ever, guaranteeing the utmost fidelity in the repetition of the events that occurred.
Recall that the game does not yet have an official release date, but the software house plans to release it by 2021 on PC and consoles (which have yet to be confirmed).
