    Sifu: shown the game by the authors of Absolver at the State of Play

    Shown during the live of the State of Play di February 2021, Sifu, a new third-person fighting game based on martial arts oriental. It will come out in the current year for PlayStation 5 e PlayStation 4. The trailer is completely untold, and there are only combat actions, character deaths, and rebirth. From what appears it will probably be a roguelike in which we will face hordes of enemies, also martial arts warriors. The work comes from the study Sloclap, an independent software house that has already made itself known for its previous work, absolver.



    A detail stands out during the video, theaging of the protagonist, who with each death grows his beard and hair, while the colors begin to fade. Could it be a new mechanic peculiar to Sifu? We have yet to know all the details of the game, moreover, the conference has not currently given us any release date, other than the generic launch window of 2021. According to the sequences shown, obviously it seems that the game is at an advanced stage of development, and it is therefore likely that we will not have to wait long before seeing it in action on our consoles. The prospects do not end there, however, as it seems that in the development team's tears there is a real intention to bring their game to PC means epic Games, the well-known platform of the personal computer market.



    Given the trailer with little information, we don't know much more about Sifu's gameplay, but, since its release is expected by the end of 2021, Sony it will certainly reveal new elements in this regard over the next few months.
