Sekiro: Shadow Die Twice, a massive new update is coming

Last title winner of the statuette as game of the year at the awards ceremony The Game Awards, Sekiro: Shadow Die Twice, is preparing to receive one of the largest and most important updates there has ever been. FromSoftware, the house author of the game, has in fact released through the blog of the game on the page of Activision important information about the future of the title.

Among these new additions we will find some new challenges accessible through the Sculptor's Idols. It will in fact be possible to defeat the previously killed bosses but with a much higher difficulty rate and, in addition, even with the help of a single life. Will then be introduced new types of clothes, exclusively cosmetics, which will not modify the protagonist's parameters in any way. Defined 30 second in-game recordings will be added Remnants which will then be visualized by the other players who will be used to face the most difficult challenges, a sort of "multiplayer mode" as in that of the various chapters of Dark Souls. In the event that the Remnants were to be evaluated positively by the players, the alter-ego will regenerate its life points without using any consumable or Idol.

Sekiro: Shadow Die Twice will receive all these updates and more starting in 29 October both on PC, on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The version for Google Stadia, scheduled for this date, will come out directly with all the various updates. Recall that the game, released on March 22, 2019, has sold more than 5 million copies to date, a really important milestone for a new IP and for a genre that, even today, is considered a niche.
