SecretLab Titan Stealth - Gaming Chair Review

SecretLab Titan Stealth - Gaming Chair Review

Whether it's to play games on a console, on the PC or work, what people need - especially those who spend a lot of time in front of their computer or television - is comfort. Many international companies are gradually replacing their employees' seats with more comfortable chairs, with the right features capable of avoiding comfort problems, which then often become postural and health problems. Therefore, having ascertained the importance of chairs, armchairs or whatever it is that you use to play or work, we have thoroughly studied the SecretLab Titan Stealth, a very high quality gaming chair, capable of meeting many users' tastes by offering technology to the avant-garde, unrivaled style and fantastic service.

We will then talk about this SecretLab Titan Stealth by discussing three main themes: its technical specifications, so you know which one you will need to buy to get what you are looking for, the technologies used to offer unrivaled comfort and style, last but not least in terms of purchase choice. While we talk about this Stealth, which therefore offers black coloring and a leather-carbon style, there are more than 30 different versions of these SecretLabs, many of which are dedicated to brands such as Cyberpunk 2077, Batman and League of Legends.

The chair in detail

Going into the technical details, the Titan Stealth features a four-way modifiable mechanism for the armrests (27cm long and 10cm wide). The piston that manages the lifting of the chair is a class 4 gas piston (which allows to bring the seat height from the floor from 47.5 cm up to 57 cm), and the reclining given by the multi-tilt mechanism allows the series to tilt from 85 ° up to 165 °. The chair is sold with a memory foam cushion equipped with a refreshing gel, and in the lower part it has an adjustable lumbar system (which is missing in the Omega, replaced by a second cushion). The total weight of the chair is 35kg, and it can support a weight of up to 130kg.

Going into details instead of dimensions, the Titan Stealth has a top width (shoulders) of 55 cm, a distance between the two armrests of 66 cm (which can reach up to 74cm) and a seat width of 52 cm (with a depth of 50cm), very comfortable for people of great stature and equally comfortable even for the most minutes (leaving more space inside). The chair rests on a base equipped with 5 wheels with a diameter of 70 cm, while the backrest reaches 70 cm in height.

Total avant-garde

In practical terms, the difference between this chair and the others is made by the technology used for the production: if in fact many things might seem "standard", in reality every single detail of the SecretLab Titan Stealth chair is born in an innovative way. We've already mentioned the cooling gel cushion, but the rest of the chair is also made from cold cured foam blend, a patent-pending method that promotes high comfort. The multiple inclination mechanism, equipped with a hydraulic piston, also allows the user to find the most comfortable position without difficulty, favoring hours of comfort whether it is used for work or leisure.

Obviously the SecretLab Titan Stealth is also at the forefront in terms of style: the one we tried, precisely the Stealth, has elegant carbon-style finishes, which accompany the rest of the seat with red external stitching. The leather used for the SecretLab Titan Stealth is PU Prime 2.0, a type of leather 4 times more resistant than the classic PU leather, capable of giving a realistic feeling but presenting greater resistance to abrasions and bending.

SecretLab Titan Stealth - Gaming Chair ReviewComfort in a titanic version

Before moving forward, a necessary premise must be made: the SecretLab gaming chairs come out in three versions, namely Omega, Titan and Titan XL. The latter is the largest, designed for people ranging from 180 up to 208 cm in height, and comes out only in 5 versions. The best sellers, however, remain the Omega and the Titan, respectively for people under 180 cm and between 175 cm and 200 cm. The load that can be borne by the three versions also changes, starting with the Omega which does not exceed 110 kg and up to the Titan XL which can hold up to 180 kg.

If you notice well, however, the values intersect: this space allows you to choose a chair not only through simple numbers that define the height and weight of the owner, but also based on what you are looking for. In fact, if the Omega could provide a "tight" seat, precise in wrapping the user in its use, the Titan instead offers more space to maneuver, giving more freedom to those who love to "navigate" in their chair during work or game. Personally I opted for a Titan because, especially when I write, I find it convenient to be able to move on the seat without constraints, but obviously if you are used to gaming chairs that offer an enveloping feeling, then opt for the Omega.
