Scorn: The trailer shown on the Inside Xbox did not run on an Xbox Series X

For the Inside Xbox held at the beginning of May, we have all witnessed the reveal of numerous new titles that will see the light both on the current generation of consoles but also on future ones, many of which will also enjoy temporal exclusivity on Xbox series X. Among these was also included Scorn, works in development at the studios of Ebb Software.

The news comes only now that the trailer shown during the event, as stated by the game director Ljubomir Peklar, it did not run natively on the Xbox Series X although the video shown referred to the quality that will be obtained with the new console Microsoft. The trailer we all saw ran on a PC with an AMD Ryzen CPU and one of the best video cards currently on the market: the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080Ti.

However, the developer wanted to declare that these performances shown during the Inside Xbox can also be emulated with the use of an Nvidia RTX 2070 Super. Although in recent years we have become a bit used to seeing games - whether they are trailers or gameplay - for consoles run on PC to enhance the graphic qualities during the reveal, many users have not taken this statement very well from the game director.
