1) Galaxy A20e, perform the forced restart first

- Press and hold the Volume Down button and don't release it yet.
- While holding down the volume button, also press and hold the power key.
- Press and hold both keys together for 15 seconds or until the Galaxy A20e logo appears on the screen.

2) Galaxy A20e make sure the charger and cable are in good condition

If you are like me who always put your phone in your pocket, no matter how big or small it is, then you should have seen with your own eyes that small pieces of cloth enter the charging port of the device.
Anything that does not belong must be removed as it obstructs the electricity. Again, use an antistatic toothbrush or just a regular, dry toothbrush to clean the door. After that, try to connect the phone to the charger and if it still doesn't charge then move on to the next solution.
4) How to factory reset Galaxy A20e
If your Galaxy A20e still has enough power, make a backup of your important files and data, then reset your phone. This will remove all of your personal data from your phone to protect your privacy and rule out the possibility that this is only due to a firmware issue. Here's how to reset your device:
- Remove your Google and Samsung accounts.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the key Volume up and the key Bixby, then hold down the key power on.
- When the Galaxy A20e logo appears, release all three keys.
- Your Galaxy A20e will continue to boot into recovery mode. When a black screen with blue and yellow texts appears, proceed to the next step.
- Press the key several times Volume down to highlight “wipe data / factory reset”.
- Press the Potenza key to select.
- Press the button Volume down until “Yes” is highlighted.
- Press the Power button to select and start the master reset.
- When the master reset is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
- Press the power button to restart the device.
