Remedy is currently working on two new next-gen projects

Remedy Entertainment, software house famous all over the world for having made titles like the recent one Control, Alan Wake and many others, has recently released on its official website an interesting statement about the future projects of the house and beyond. In reality, what has been stated was not so exhaustive, however it lays the foundations for 2 future projects related to the next gen.

According to the words declared, the software house has announced that it has signed an important agreement with a publisher who will take care of these two new productions. What we know about it is that one of these two titles will be an ambitious project, the so-called triple A, multi-platform and currently in pre-production, which bears the code name of “unannounced third project”. The second game, on the other hand, is a minor project, with lower costs, but which simultaneously aligns with the same imaginary of the first job. Finally, both video games will be made using the proprietary graphics engine known as "Northlight Engine".

At the moment it is obviously not possible to establish a release period for both titles, however Remedy expressed the desire to release them in the coming years on all next generation consoles: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X e PC. In conclusion, Remedy reported that both projects will be fully funded by this publisher, currently unknown, who will share the future profits with the software house, deriving from the publication of the two titles, in a perfectly equal way (fifty-fifty) and will leave it to the studio of I develop authority over intellectual property. More information will be released very soon.
