Project Cars 4: Ian Bell reveals the first details, focus on engine and ray tracing

In a series of tweets, which at the time of writing this article have been deleted, Ian Bell, CEO of Slightly Mad Studios ed Executive Director of Codemasters, revealed the very first details about Project Cars 4. The British software house's new racing game will reportedly use the Madness 2.0, promising to be the most realistic car racing simulation ever.

But that's not all, since the CEO of Slightly Mad Studios teased fans by stating that every leaf of the trees along the trail of the new Project Cars 4, will cast shadow on the other leaves. Therefore, we can assume that next chapter of the famous videogame series will use real-time ray tracing, to ensure even more realistic visual effects. At the moment we know very little about the new project in the pipeline at the British studio, but since Ian Bell had to delete the tweets, which you can easily retrieve at the bottom of the article, it is plausible that the CEO went perhaps a little further in spreading information on the title still in development.

Waiting to find out more details on the affair, Bell reiterated, albeit with some uncertainty, not only that Project Cars 4 it will be the most realistic racing simulation ever, in every respect, and after the disappointing PC3 (which had optimization problems), but that the series will return to its roots.
