    A few days after the first, a second firmware update of the generation PlayStation 5, which will weigh well 868 MB. This new update is available for download on the console right now. Just like the first one, this new firmware patch will improve system performance. It therefore seems that a couple of weeks after the launch of the new console Sony there are already some things to improve.



    Regarding the changes made by this new update, however, Sony has not yet unbuttoned by releasing the details regarding the corrections made. The patch description simply communicates to players that its installation it will serve to improve the stability of the system. The note on the new update is in fact of a simple line:

We wonder if this patch will fix the handful of issues PlayStation 5 users have been experiencing in these first few days of testing. Among the unfortunate victims of the first problems encountered by the console, the large community of Resetera, which in recent weeks is trying to take stock of the situation, and in particular reported the main connectivity problems through the use of LAN cable, as well as sudden console malfunctions when it is in sleep mode.
