PlayStation 5: revealed the user interface and new peculiar features

With the upcoming release of the new console, Sony has decided to reveal some new aspect of his PlayStation 5. Thanks to the three videos released on the official channel Playstation Support we are shown some of the novelties present as new and interesting adaptive triggers and haptic feedback, which already aroused interest some time ago. We also learn that in the console settings we will have the possibility to introduce different intensity levels for many characteristics. For example, we will be able to adjust the audio of the speakers of the pad, the level of intensity of the vibration or brightness, or retouch the energy saving of the console. So many small details that will make it the consoles are more unique player to player. Here is the first video.

The second, on the other hand, is more devoid of actually important information, as it only reports that your account PlayStation Network it will be fully recognized and transferable to the PlayStation 5, which is not surprising after so many years. The interesting part, however, we find it in how to log into our account with the new console. This time, in fact, we won't necessarily have to manually enter all the data, but we can use the PS app QR code, making the whole process much faster and less tedious. The third video instead shows how to transfer PS4 game data to PS5 through four options: connecting the two consoles, via game disc, via PlayStation Network, or with an external hard drive.

With the first method, just connect both consoles to the same internet network, or even between them via ethernet cable, and connect to the same account in both, going to the section to transfer the data, the download will start automatically. Via game disc or link to PlayStation Network just connect to your account to take advantage of your entire collection of games and then download it on PlayStation 5. Ditto with an external hard drive: just connect it to the console to take advantage of all the data. About this we would like to inform you of one thing. According to an interview with The Verge, a well-known online newspaper, Sony stated that at least with regard to the first patches of the new console it will not be possible to connect an external SSD to be able to insert the new PS5 games. It seems that this is due to an inadequate reading speed compared to the custom M.2 series mounted on the console, which does not guarantee maximum performance or in any case of not yet have maximum compatibility which is requested instead. However, the company claims to be working on it and that therefore in the near future all this will be possible without too many problems. Note how the games for PlayStation 4 they are not affected by this, and therefore they will be easily playable.
