Ahead of the launch of PlayStation 5 e PlayStation 5 Digital Edition, set for next November 19th, Sony in the past few hours has revealed the accessibility options that will be present in the console, allowing even disabled players to enjoy the best possible experience. In addition to re-proposing the features already available on PlayStation 4, the next-gen peripheral of the Japanese giant will give blind users the opportunity to listen to the text, which will be spoken aloud directly from their TV, and to talk to their friends without having to use a virtual keyboard, thanks to an innovative voice dictation function. To support this, Sony has introduced a new feature on the PS5, called Screen Reader, which will guarantee support for several languages. At the moment, among the languages supported by the new console feature we find: English (USA), English (UK), Japanese, German, Italian, French, Canadian French, Spanish and Latin American Spanish.

PS5 will also include improved audio enhancements to provide gamers with better spatial awareness

In addition, deaf or hard of hearing gamers can easily type their messages, and consequently have them read to the members of the game group. But that's not all, as PlayStation 5 will not only support the color correction, allowing users to edit and fix everything, but will allow players to completely disable both haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.
