Since the first generation of the platform PlayStation, released in 1994, Sony has focused heavily on the creation of presentation videos with a strongly cinematic connotation and not only focused on line-up launch of the console presented but also on features hardware and software that distinguish it. Even in the case of PlayStation 5 the Japanese company has decided to follow this well-established tradition by releasing, at the moment only through its Hungarian division, a new trailer dedicated to its new flagship.
The video, which you can see in the tweet at the bottom of the article, was posted by the market analyst Daniel Ahmed and emphasizes the peculiarities that characterize the platform of new generation Sony, starting with the controller Dualense and arriving at the system of 3D audio, without showing actual gameplay scenes. As for the new DualSense (of which you can read our in-depth analysis), in the video in live action the “benefits” in terms of immersion that i bring as a dowry were highlighted adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. This last feature will allow developers to make players feel the difference in running on different surfaces and to let the user perceive where the sound is coming from through the vibration. As for the audio component of the console, the trailer makes us understand how the innovative architecture is called Tempest Engine will be able to "teleport" players within the titles, making the sound experience as realistic as possible on the new platform.
The trailer, which could also be spread by the other divisions of the Japanese company, arrives after a stingy period of news about the PlayStation 5 and perhaps could anticipate the arrival, soon, of new information on the rival of Xbox Series X.
