    Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers, lots of news on the new Atlus title

    A few hours ago Atlus held a live streaming dedicated to Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers. The live broadcast, entitled "Travel report no. 2 from Mona“, Revealed several new information about the game, including Sendai's location, new characters, character progression and much more. In Persona 5 Scramble, the parallel worlds in which the fighting will take place will not be called Palaces, but "Prisons". During the investigation of Shibuya Prison at the beginning of the game, ghost thieves will attract the attention of the police officer Zenkichi Hasegawa, suspecting that they are the culprits. To clear their name, they decide to infiltrate the prison and solve the case. However, we will soon notice that these incidents are not only happening inside the prison, but all over Japan, thus deciding to go to Sendai. There, we will meet two new characters: the famous author Ango Natsume (voiced by Daisuke Kishio) and the mysterious beef tongue lover woman, Kuon Ichinose (voiced by Yōko Hikasa). There Sendai prison it has the shape of a huge medieval castle, populated by "strong shadows".



    Another news announced is the character progression system, which in this new title will be called "BAND". We will have the ability to strengthen the attack power, defense, HP and other parameters of the Phantom Thieves using this system, with various additional options available as we progress through the story. We can also get BAND points by defeating enemies. During the live, the Master Arts, powerful fighting skills unique to each character. By using the various characters in battle, it will allow them to learn these special techniques. Also we will be able to buy new items and equipment within the various shops. We will be able to make purchases directly from new character Sophia or taking advantage of the various shops inside each room, offering us special occasions.
