Blizzard has provided some new details on Overwatch 2 (here is the link to the official website), which are unfortunately not happy news. To the thousand questions asked to the developers during the huge event of the Blizzcon 2019, there was one more recurrent than the others. The response of the developers has not been the best and heralds a rather long wait, which will probably exceed a whole year.

What we care about here at Blizzard studios, on all of our games, is that the titles are great and that the players say "Yes, this is ready and this is the time".
