Overwatch 2 - All the news from BlizzCon 2019

Overwatch has probably done what is expected of a company like Blizzard: consecrated a genre. Here with the new version, Overwatch 2, we are ready to hit the world of eSports and beyond! Let's start with a bang: new mode called Push that both teams will have to push a robot into the enemy base, this robot will be shared by both teams and the closer you get to the bot, the more it will move and move different "weights" for the two teams. You win if you move more weights (and thus earn more points). The Push mode map is new and will be set in Canada, Toronto to be precise, cover up! There will be three new maps for each game mode we already know other than Push. Story Mission will be another new mode, basically a sort of PVE where we will discover new details about our heroes, through direct actions or not (such as movies for example). In the Story Mode sessions, there will be temporary objects that we can use on a mission, similar to what we saw on Apex Legends for example. Hero Missions will be daily missions that we will play all over the world, both on Overwatch 2 that on the first chapter of the saga, each mission will have different objectives, perhaps surviving with a certain amount of life points or accomplishing a certain enemy in a certain map. If you fail to complete a mission, rest assured it is playable until it succeeds.

Null Sector there will be some enemies that we will face during the missions of the aforementioned heroes, there will also be the Talons to give us a hard time. There is still a lot to do, well the Progression system is for us, this is a system that will enhance your hero, unlocking certain abilities that were previously blocked. These upgrades will have no influence in PVP mode, but will be essential for defeating specific enemies during PVE missions. Hero Visuals: the look of our heroes is certainly important, when you hear about Batman, it is unlikely that you will confuse him with another hero; starting from this assumption, the Blizzard graphics have figured out how to change some traits of our favorites but maintaining a unique and recognizable design at a glance. A new HUD is in development, each hero will have his own and will be more and more peculiar; consider that everything that is declared today is however in development ergo it could completely change at the exit.

New heroes: new heroes will be present at the launch, one of them is Canadian and is breathtakingly beautiful (yes she is a girl). We have no details about the role of this new hero but we are sure that we will know more in the next updates. All the progress made on the first chapter will be carried over to Overwatch 2 so you will not lose anything of what you have on your account. There is currently no release date, for now the team is focused on doing things right and making them "great"!
