No More Heroes it's not an extremely well-known franchise, however on branded platforms Nintendo it worked very well. In the past few hours, however, an indiscretion suggests the arrival of the title also elsewhere: TheESRB, the US games scoreboard, seems to have just evaluated the first and second installments of the saga for PC. Both titles now have official PC ESBR ratings on the dedicated website and have been rated as M for Mature 17+, with reports related to "blood and violence", "intense violence", "sexual themes" and "bad language". No More Heroes 2 also received an extra note for "partial nudity".
There is primarily no reason to believe these ratings were false or related to a false presentation. Marvelous Inc. seems ready to announce and release the PC ports of the two games at any time and it is unlikely that what we saw today is a mistake. Despite this, so far nothing has been announced yet: these games, however, could be released as early as next week as they could be held for months before being released.
Neither game has ever been officially released on the PC platform before. No More Heroes was launched on Wii and has since only been brought up Nintendo Switch. There is also an improved port of No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise that was released on PlayStation 3 e Xbox 360. The second chapter, however, did not see light on the latter. This will be a triumphant update for the series, although the lack of Wiimote motion controls will be felt quite a bit. As for the rest of the franchise in question, Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, which is a kind of prequel to No More Heroes 3, is currently also available on PC. No More Heroes 3, however, remains a launch exclusive for the Nintendo Switch, with a recently postponed release date. This is certainly not a franchise triple A, regardless of the platforms it is on, but it will always have its niche of passionate gamers.
