Nintendo Direct in June may be canceled

According to some rumors, Nintendo would not be able to organize the Nintendo Direct scheduled for next June, and which is published every year on the occasion of theE3. Even after the cancellation of the'E3 due to the emergency Coronavirus, the fans had still assumed that the direct would be published regardless of the presence of the highly anticipated videogame fair. Apparently, however, the famous Japanese company would have communicated to the partner developer studios that the Nintendo Direct of June could be canceled.

Un leaker quite well known, by name Zippo, spoke of the numerous difficulties encountered by the company, which in this lockdown period would have had numerous problems due to smart-working. The difficulty in working remotely could have definitely slowed down the pace of the various development teams, making it practically impossible to achieve the goals set for this summer.

Seems like we won't be getting a June Nintendo direct, but rather Announcements sprinkled through the next few weeks.

Obviously with what's going on, makes it hard for Nintendo to work with 3rd party Devs on concrete stuff.

but hopefully we get some cool 1st party announcements pic.twitter.com/DnDxMW5c0b
