Here is a glitch for Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 that will allow you to play in control Sasuke Chidori True Spear

In the character selection screen choose Karin and immediately after select Taka Sasuke (Akatsuki Sasuke). Wait for the time in the character selection timer to run out, after which the system should automatically select Sasuke Chidori True Spear as your character.
