Mortal Kombat and Injustice: next-gen graphics are coming very soon

NetherRealms, the studio behind the fighting games Mortal Kombat e Injustice, aims to render the graphics of these two titles equal to the next-gen one, and for that reason he is offering a job in Chicago for the role of software engineer main. The offer was recently published on the official website of Warner Bros. Games and whoever offers himself must, of course, have specific requirements which will be used for the "change of graphics" from the current generation to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

Taking the graphic aspect to a higher level certainly suggests that the two fighting games in question, Mortal Kombat and Injustice, will have their own iteration on next generation consoles, but since the figure is not required for the development of a new title, this suggests that there will be "only" a next-gen version of the titles. At least so it is possible to guess from the offer. This could be the answer to the rumors some time ago on the new NetherRealms project.

So it's not clear if they will be resold as next generation games or more simply they will be updated, for example, as it was for Mafia III, only in the case of the title of hangar 13, the update was on the same console generation. We are not given to know anything. The fact is that something is about to arrive.
