Metroid Prime 4: has Amazon revealed the release date?

Metroid Prime 4 was originally announced during Nintendo's press conference atE3 2017, revealed with a simple logo and without any other prominent details. Fans have been waiting for years for possible news related to the new chapter of the Metroid Prime saga, which should have been developed by Bandai namco studios. Due to the unsatisfactory results, Nintendo later decided to entrust the development to the guys of Retro Studios, developers of the previous chapters, restarting the project from scratch after two years of work.

After further months of silence, however, it seems that something is finally moving in this direction. Some customers Amazon who pre-ordered Metroid Prime 4 have received messages saying that the new estimated delivery date for the game is set at Monday January 2 2023. It should be noted that in general video games are almost never released on Mondays, so this date is certainly provisional. Despite this, this could be a clear indication that we would have to wait several more years before seeing Metroid Prime 4.
