Metal Gear Solid 3: the trailer of the fan made remake will hit your heart

Metal Gear Solid 3 returns to be the protagonist thanks to a spectacular amateur video trailer remake, made by Warpgazer Animations using the Unreal Engine 4 complete with ray tracing. The famous stealth made by Hideo Kojima and published by Konami su PlayStation 2 shines with its own light in this new video, which makes us savor what a possible remake could be.

In the video published on the Warpgazer Animations YouTube channel, strictly in 4K and with active ray tracing, we can see recreated with the help of the Unreal Engine 4 one of the sequences that entered the collective imagination and in the hearts of many players: Snake slowly climbs a long scale, accompanied by the iconic song symbol of the whole saga, Snake eater. At the end of the infinite climb, which follows the very hard battle with the boss The Fury, a splendid panorama opens in front of the spectators, who can admire the excellent quality of this video fan sends.

The sequence of the scale, accompanied by the evocative notes of the song Snake Eater, played by Cynthia Harrell, comes back to life thanks to a whole series of technical improvements, starting with the lighting itself. The visual effect of the lights made for this video is truly gorgeous, and it does to desire even more ardently the realization of an official remake.

Unfortunately, there is no download for this demo, and we can not help but be satisfied with these few minutes of video, in the hope that they will soon be followed by sequences of gameplay. The textures, character models and lighting have all been rebuilt from the ground up to bring them up to modern standards. The camera work has been modified to take into account that this is a footage since the actual climb is all the gameplay of the original Metal Gear Solid 3: If it weren't for the fact that Snake looks a little younger here, this remake trailer would fit perfectly into Metal Gear Solid V.
