One of the sagas that once rivaled the scepter of best shooter alongside Call of Duty was Medal of Honor. Over the years the series has perhaps gotten a little lost but has always continued to churn out titles of excellent caliber. Today, the software house Respawn Entertainment who is currently working on the new episode titled Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond, has released a new cinematic of the multiplayer mode.

Through a tweet that you can retrieve at the end of the article, it is possible to view the video in question of the future chapter available exclusively for virtual reality on devices Oculus. In the video in question, lasting about two minutes, players can see some of the more classic online modes such as Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch e Domination. Among these, however, there are two other original modes. In the first, defined Mad Bomber, the player and the opponents will try to detonate bombs on the game map hidden everywhere: under a bench, in a small corner of a room or other. The second is called Blast Radius and it seems to take its cue from King of the Hill complete with rockets.

A quantity of modes perhaps just enough to be able to create a real fan base dedicated to the new chapter of Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond. If nothing else, the peculiarity of virtual reality, still considered a very niche technology today, will push several users to take a leap on the title to experience the thrill of war seen from the eyes of Respawn Entertainment. We remind you that the game will be officially released on the day 11 December.

In addition to Above and Beyond's single-player campaign, you can master the distinctive handling of a host of WWII weapons and test yourself against opponents in five multiplayer modes on sites across Europe.
