It is certainly not a revelation that Mass Effect is one of the most popular series of the Canadian production company BioWare, and for this very reason fans continue to clamoring for the trilogy to be remastered at the earliest for the current console generation. Until now Electronic Arts has remained silent regarding a new take on Commander Shepard's space epic, but apparently there could soon be a surprise for all fans. A few hours ago, in fact, the well-known Portuguese online seller Gamingreplay published the pre-orders for Mass Effect Trilogy Remastered for all consoles currently on the market, that is PlayStation 4, Xbox One e Nintendo Switch.
The page was abruptly removed from the site, but promptly the insider Nibel has published on Twitter a screen of the now deleted page, in which you can see the three pre-orders for the consoles mentioned above and a cover for the game that features a new logo. During last summer the rumors regarding a possible arrival of the Mass Effect Trilogy were not few, and if indeed a revival of the much loved BioWare trilogy is in the works, there may be an announcement from EA behind the doors.
In all probability the existence of the project is now almost confirmed, but due to the smart working forced by the persistence of the coronavirus pandemic that has gripped us since the beginning of this 2020, the development of the trilogy may have suffered a great slowdown. There is nothing left to do but wait for some official announcement from the American publisher, which certainly given the enormous success of the first three chapters of the saga - and the equally impressive number of fans - would certainly be a winning commercial operation, which in addition to satisfying all fans, will also make this splendid trilogy known to those who have not yet had the pleasure of playing it.
