Mass Effect 3 Goal Guide [360]

Our guide is ready with many tips to unlock all the Achievements of Mass Effect 3 and unlock the coveted 1000 G for this awesome new RPG as well.

Before leaving you to drive it is good to make a couple of clarifications. Your game on Mass Effect 3 can change (and not a little) depending on whether or not you can import the saves from Mass Effect 2. In this regard, I suggest you read the guide that explains how to import the saves and above all what are the differences that this operation produces. Therefore,

if you DO NOT import the saves from ME2:
play a first game on any difficulty level, then start a second game by importing the character created in the first and play on Insane difficulty. This way you can unlock all achievements in 2 games.

if you import the saves from ME2:
surely you will have a lot of skill points to spend, so, if you want, you could play directly on the Insane difficulty and unlock everything in a single game. But this is your choice.

    The guide is yours

    - Shopping craze
Visit a shop in the Single Player campaign.
You will have the first chance to unlock it on your first visit to the Citadel by going to the hospital. The shops can be easily identified on the map where they are represented with a money icon surrounded by an arrow. There is no need to buy anything, just log into the shop.

    - Service Medal
Complete Mass Effect 3 twice, or once with an imported game of Mass Effect 2.
If you have Mass Effect 2 save files on your console you can import the save (read the guide dedicated to the issue) and then you just need to finish the game once to get this result. In this regard, if you want to unlock all the achievements in a single game, remember to play directly at the Insane level to unlock the result linked to this difficulty. If you have no saves from the previous ME then you will have to finish the game twice to get this result.

    - Crazy
After leaving Earth, complete the game on the Insane level without ever changing the difficulty.
The difficulty must NEVER be varied over the course of the campaign and you must play this difficulty from the start. The safest way is to change the difficulty before starting the game. However, if you have already created the character, you will be able to change the difficulty before the end of the very first mission on Earth. In this case you will get the result anyway. If you are already on the next mission (on "another" planet) then it means that you are already too far ahead and changing the difficulty at that point will not allow you to obtain the result.

    - A personal touch
    Modify a weapon.
In order to modify a weapon you must first obtain mods (they can be found in the game or bought) that are suitable for the weapon you want to modify. Once you have the first mod go to a work table where you can apply the mod and get the result.

    - Casanova
Start or resume a love affair.
Follow ours guide dedicated to all love affairs in the game.

    - Combined potential
Perform a combination of 50 biotic combos or tech bursts.
Combos are achieved by using two different powers on the same enemy one after the other. For example, you can send an enemy up with the Singularity skill and then hit it with the Throw skill. You will have no difficulty in unlocking it in the numerous battles of history and multiplayer.

    - Concentration
Evolve a power up to rank 6.
You will have to spend 21 points on the same power to get it up to the highest rank, precisely 6. Remember this during the game when you distribute the points earned and you will have no difficulty in unlocking the result. If you have imported a character from Mass Effect 2 you will have as a bonus several points to spend, in which case it will be even easier.

    - Recruit
    Kill 250 enemies.
See suggestions for the "Veteran" result

    - Soldier
    Kill 1.000 enemies.
See suggestions for the "Veteran" result

    - Veteran
    Kill 5.000 enemies.
5.000 enemies to match is quite a number. However, consider that the result is cumulative, so the count continues even if you start a second game from the beginning and the kills of the multiplayer are also valid. Basically you have to keep playing Mass Effect 3 until the result comes out.

    - Aggressor
Kill 100 enemies with melee attacks.
The melee attack is the melee attack that is done by pressing B on 360 / Circle on PS3. By increasing the Forma power the damage caused will be more and more, try to exploit this attack while you take cover behind a barrier and you have an enemy on the other side, you will almost always get an instant kill. You will have no difficulty getting to 100 over the course of the campaign

    - Untouchable
Escape a Reaper on the Galaxy Map.
This can happen when you use probes to search for resources from the ship's galactic map. The video shows how to do it.

    - Overload Specialist
Overcharge the shields of 100 enemies.
Remember that the enemies with the shield are those that above the bar that indicates their life and there is also a blue part that indicates the shield. Use the Overload power 100 times to take down the shield and get the result.

    - Up in the sky
Lift 100 enemies off the ground using powers.
There are several powers that carry enemies into the air such as Singularity or Throw. Use them a total of 100 times.

    - Arsonist
Set 100 enemies on fire using powers.
Use incendiary ammo or any other power that "ignites" enemies.

    - In the eye of the storm
Kill a Brutus while he is charging you.
You will first encounter a Brutus in the mission on Palaven, after the first visit you make to the Citadel in the main story. Follow the video to see how to unlock the achievement.

    - Mailbox
Kill 10 Guardians with headshots from the front while their shield is active.
Guardians are those enemies who walk around with a shield in front of them. The description of the result speaks for itself. The shield must be raised so if you hit them when they lower it because hit by other bursts it will not be valid for the result.

    - Enlisted
Create a character in Multiplayer mode, or customize a character in Single Player.
If you take the default when choosing your Shepard then you won't get this result. To unlock it you need to create a custom character, most likely it will be the first achievement you unlock.

    - Turn of duty
Complete all Multiplayer maps or all N7 missions in Single Player.
The N7 missions are 6 in total and they are side quests that you will encounter during the single player campaign unrelated to the main story and therefore missing. To get the result with these you will have to complete them all before finishing the Campaign. To do it first it is best to complete the 6 multiplayer maps. Remember that you have to resist until the last wave, so if you encounter difficulties choose the lowest difficulty.

    - Always ready
    Obtain two non-customizable armors.
They can normally be found at Stores around the game world and typically cost 50.000 credits. If you want to save money, buy them by unlocking the achievement and then reload the checkpoint.

    - Tourist
Complete a multiplayer match or two N7 missions.
See the suggestions for the "Turn of Service" result

    - Explorer
Complete three Multiplayer matches or five N7 missions.
See the suggestions for the "Turn of Service" result

    - Armaiolo
Upgrade a weapon to level 10.
On the quay where the Normandy is parked you will find a station where you can upgrade your weapons by spending a few credits. To be able to bring a weapon to level 10, not only is a nice stack of credits required, but you will have to wait to get to the end of the Campaign as the higher upgrades will not be available right away. Again, if you want to keep the credits for something else, save first, then upgrade everything by unlocking the result and then reload while keeping your initial credits (and losing the weapon upgrades, of course)

    - Almost halfway
Reach Level 15 in Multiplayer or Level 50 in Single Player.
See suggestions for the "Top" result

    - Al top
Reach Level 20 in Multiplayer or Level 60 in Single Player.
If you have imported a save from Mass Effect 2 it will be easier to get to level 60 (the highest) as starting from the level reached in the previous chapter (probably 30) you will already be well on your way. If you want to unlock it with multiplayer, focus on a character and take him to the maximum level remembering that you gain experience points even when you lose.

    - Hardened
Promote a multiplayer character to Galaxy at War, or import a ME3 character.
For multiplayer you will have to bring the character to the maximum level (20) and then you can promote him. To import a character from Mass Effect 3 instead you will obviously have to finish the game first, and then import the character you finished the first game with in a new game.

    - Immovable
Complete every Multiplayer map on Gold or every mission in Gameplay. single at Insane level.
You will unlock it when you play the campaign on the insane level to unlock the "Insane" achievement. If you want to unlock it in multiplayer you will have to complete the 6 multiplayer maps on the highest difficulty, GOLD.

    - Supreme Commander
Allocate most of the Galaxy resources at war to the final conflict.
You will get these resources by playing in the missions of the campaign, with the scans of the planets and you must have at least 50% reactivity. To increase responsiveness, keep playing online.

    - Lost items
Launch 10 probes to recover people or resources in the Reaper territory.
The description says it all: use the probes from the galactic map.

    - Defender
Reach the maximum level of responsiveness in every battlefield.
This is the only achievement in the game that can only be unlocked online. Play random games on Bronze difficulty first. You will get the result after about 15 - 20 games played.

    - Media thief
Take control of an Atlas mech.
Follow the video to see how

    - Slayer of giants
    Defeat a Reaper.
