La Team Aerial Counter consists of counterattacking when your opponent performs a Team Aerial Combo. So the fastest way to unlock this Achievement / Trophy is to find a friend on Xbox Live, have them perform the Team Aerial Combo and counterattack by pressing DOWN + A on Xbox 360 (DOWN + X on PS3).
