Marvel's Avengers: Kate Bishop is coming, here's the date

Kate bishop will join, as a playable character, the team of Marvel's Avengers through the publication of the new DLC "Operation: Kate Bishop - Taking AIM“, Starting with the next one 8th December. The publisher announced it Square Enix in collaboration with the developers of Crystal Dynamics ed Eidos Montreal. To counter the explosive Kate we will find a new enemy, Super Adaptoid, who will challenge players using his deadly weapon skills. This is the official description of Square Enix regarding the new content coming soon:

In addition to a new playable superhero, Kate Bishop, and a new chapter in the ongoing Avengers Initiative story, "Operation: Kate Bishop - Taking AIM" will also introduce a powerful new villain, the Super Adaptoid, which will challenge players with a combination of skills and weapons that mimic the attacks of the Avengers. Preparation for “Taking AIM” content began through enigmatic Tachyon missions that began appearing on players' in-game war tables several weeks ago. In “Taking AIM,” Kate Bishop, a master archer and skilled gymnast, returns after her investigation into Nick Fury's disappearance (after the events of A-Day) also led to the disappearance of her mentor Clint Barton (aka Hawkeye). As she unravels the mystery behind the sudden appearance of the time-warping tachyon fissures, Kate uncovers a twisted new AIM plan that prompts her to work with the Avengers once again.

The story of “Taking AIM” begins shortly after the conclusion of the Marvel Avengers Reassemble campaign and is only the first half of the Story Arc of the two Hawkeyes. Clint Barton's Hawkeye will rise to prominence in early 2021 to complete the double feature and lay the foundation for the future of the Avengers initiative.

Marvel's Avengers is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam) and Google Stadia. The next-gen versions (by now we should say "current generation"), therefore those dedicated to PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X / S should be launched in the 2021. For the occasion, the developers have published a new trailer that we report at the bottom of the news. Speaking of the Marvel universe, we have recently released the Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales review, among the launch titles of PlayStation 5 (which today makes its debut in Europe: happy birthday Sony!). Finally, the Crystal Dynamics developers are already hard at work creating a new Triple A game.
