Disney has finally announced the release date of the first episode of Loki, the highly anticipated TV series dedicated to the homonymous character The Marvel movies starring Tom Hiddleston. The series directed by Kate herron will in fact come up Disney + starting from the next 11nd June, and, as happened with WandaVision, will see the release of one episode a week every Friday. After the conclusion of Falcon and The Winter Soldier, therefore, we will see the arrival of this other awaited series set within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Loki, initially scheduled for May but postponed following a general shift in the MCU release schedule, will see the brother of Thor escape from SHIELD custody after taking possession of the Tesseract. Within the cast we will also see the presence of Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Owen Wilson e Sasha Lane. Below is the official synopsis of the series:
In Loki, the mercurial villain resurrects his role as God of Deception in a new series set after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Kate Herron directs and Michael Waldron is the lead writer. The debut on Disney + in 2021.
Releasing on June 11, Loki will go to position itself almost a month after the release of Black Widow in cinemas. The film dedicated to Black Widow, who will again be interpreted by Scarlett Johansson, has in fact had to collide with several postponements and will be released on May 7, 2021,.

The latter is the first TV series released on Disney's streaming platform, and sees as protagonists as protagonists Elizabeth olsen e Paul Bettany respectively as Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) and Vision.
