Christmas or not Christmas, you just have to try

This Holiday special has definitely hit the mark. Hilarious, ironic, but also epic and action-packed, Lego Star Wars: Christmas Special has fully convinced us, managing to condense all the key elements of the two brands in three quarters of an hour and make them even more special thanks to this particular mix. . The reference to the World of Worlds of the animated series Star Wars Rebels, then, it turns out to be a perfect narrative device capable of combining this new short film both with the 1978 special and with all the trilogies of the saga, thus justifying the meeting / clash of characters who should never, ever have known each other. Friends and enemies, parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, will thus find themselves fighting for the salvation of the galaxy and the precious Wookie holiday, bringing to the screen epic battles and comic scenes that tear more than a smile, thanks also to the countless possibilities it grants the brick structure of lego. There is even room for the Mandalorian and for his little child green.

The soundtrack is typical of the series, perfectly recreated and able to immediately transport us to the Star Wars galaxy. Visually, then, it is a pleasure for the eyes, referring to the atmosphere and graphic style of the latest major Lego-themed film productions, such as The Lego Movie e Lego Batman - The Movie. The plot is simple but effective and manages to entertain and entertain for the duration of the short. Obviously, the mood is the classic one of films based on the Lego brand, therefore aimed at a younger audience, but the setting linked to Star Wars certainly manages to attract all fans of the two worlds. A decidedly successful multiverse then, and a special one that, we believe, will certainly come back during the upcoming holidays to repeat an experience that has really fascinated us.
