There are titles that, after several years, return cyclically, often offering graphic improvements, often additional content released later and adapted and amalgamated to offer a more complete and satisfying play experience, or simply to relive the player the emotions passed through that nostalgia effect that many gamers harbor in their "me". Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning it is only one of the last on the list. Originally released in 2012 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, just a few months ago a new edition was released for consoles that we will now call old-gen. Among these, however, the small hybrid from Nintendo was missing which, soon, will receive the remastered version in its catalog.
THQ Nordic has indeed announced that the day March 16 it will be the turn of the arrival of Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning also for all owners of Nintendo Switch. DLC included. Also, the expansion called Fatesworm, which will add another 5 hours or so to the adventure, will be released later this year. Originally developed by Big Huge Games and 38 Studios, the remastering of the title took place from the same development studios that gave a new lifeblood to the work, although not free from various defects, especially on the technical front. In all likelihood, the flexibility and less severe criticism on the technical front that Nintendo Switch brings with it, will be able to offer a second "lighter" life to Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning. The characteristics of Switch, technical and approach, are certainly known to all, and enjoy such a massive open world RPG on such a small console it will surely delight many gamers.
