NOTE:

To get all the results you will have to play the game at least twice by playing a NEGATIVE game and then a POSITIVE game (or vice versa). It is good to keep two separate bailouts, one for the "POSITIVE" game and another for the "NEGATIVE" game.
In the first game, play on easy or medium difficulty and decide whether to be GOOD or BAD. Once you have made a decision, keep it throughout the game. If you have decided, for example, to start by aiming for Negative Karma in this first game, when you are asked to choose, make sure you always choose the options in RED. In this game you will unlock trophies related to Negative Karma.
In the second game, play on Hard difficulty and follow the opposite path to the first choice. Staying in our example in this second game you will have to aim for Positive Karma and when you are asked to choose always select the options in BLUE (positive). In this game you will unlock the trophies related to Positive Karma.
Remember that in the game you play on Hard difficulty you will earn less XP than on lower difficulty levels. So I recommend that you just complete the missions to get to the end of the game without wasting too much time. The other trophies can be recovered in the other game.

To gain positive karma you must heal the injured, save people from aggression and take any action or choice related to positive karma. In these missions you will be shown a target that you will have to kill. Complete them all to get the result.

Blood streak Defeat 100 civilians.
You have to kill 100 civilians. This will bring you Negative Karma so it is advisable to do it in yours NEGATIVE MATCH (see notes above)

Smart thug
Earn full negative Karma

You will need to unlock it in yours NEGATIVE MATCH (see notes above). You will need to reach the maximum level of Negative Karma, which is the InFamous level. It will be enough for you to direct your actions and choices towards Negative Karma.

So kill civilians, street performers, cops. Basically, never worry about doing damage to things or people.

Unlock and acquire all powers.

There are powers related to Positive Karma, Neutral Powers and Powers related to Negative Karma.

To get this trophy you will have to unlock and purchase all the Neutral Powers and all the powers of one of the two Karma

Defeat an enemy or civilian by walking on water.

You will need to electrify enemies while in the water with them. Do as shown in the video and you will get the result

Knockout in the Blackout Defeat 50 enemies in dull zones while missions are inactive.
Make sure there are no missions active, then kill enemies in areas with no electricity (marked with a dotted line on the mini map). Be careful because in these areas you will not be able to recharge. The count is cumulative so you can reach 50 even if you take more than one game

Take down a street artist who is imitating a statue.

Stay in the air for 130 meters.

You can do this after you have upgraded the powers enough as they will have to last for several seconds.
