A new action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft quebec which will be published by Ubisoft on 3 December 2020. The game was announced at theE3 2019 with the working title of Gods & Monsters, but it became later Immortals Fenyx Rising. It is very fresh news that the stock has just been evaluated by theAustralian Classification Board, a video game rating committee that analyzes its content to apply any bans or censorships. The council rated it as an adult title and revealed that as well as many games released in recent years on all platforms, it will also include in-game purchases. As you know, this possibility is typical of free-to-play titles that offer a greater gaming experience with the sale of skins, playable characters, scenarios, weapons, objects and so on.
The protagonist of the game is Fenyx, a character fully customizable in appearance, gender and voice, but who for now has almost always been presented as a female character. The gameplay, in single player, has been compared to that of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild e Assassin's Creed: Odyssey (in fact we are talking about the same developer). Fenyx will have to save the Greek gods from Titan Typhoon, which after being locked up by Zeus in Tartarus, he is now seeking revenge. It is therefore an adventure inspired by Greek mythology with an extra bit of imagination having added, among other things, two voices of external narrators: that of Prometheus which is the main one and that of Zeus, defined in some way as that inaffidabile, which will therefore have a particular sense in the gameplay.
Immortals Fenyx Rising is intended for a multitude of platforms. The first release date, December 3, is actually reserved for players with Nintendo Switch, but will then follow the availability on Google Stadia, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 e Microsoft Windows.
