Ibrahimovic again against EA Sports: the controversy does not subside

The controversy raised by the Swedish striker has not subsided Milan, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, towards Electronic Arts. After the accusation launched by the bomber on Twitter, EA has claimed to have the rights to use the player's image on FIFA 21, the last chapter of the football series of the Canadian software house. Ibra, however, did not seem happy with the answer and increased the dose, this time using his official Facebook profile.

But let's proceed in order: the 23st November Zlatan Ibrahimovic posted a tweet on his official profile wondering how EA Sports got the rights to insert his image and name in FIFA 21. We have translated the original tweet text (written in English) into Spanish for your convenience:

Who gave FIFA EA Sport permission to use my name and face? Maybe FIFPro? I am not aware that I am a Fifpro member and if I am, I was put there with no real knowledge through some weird maneuver. And I've certainly never allowed FIFAo Fifpro to make money using my image.

Electronic Arts, about 24 hours away (November 24) responded to the allegations of the Swedish forward, stating:

EA SPORTS FIFA is the world's leading football video game and, to create an authentic experience, year after year we partner with numerous leagues, teams and individual talents to secure the similarity rights of the players we include in FIFA. Among these collaborations is a longstanding relationship with the global representative of professional footballers, FIFPro, which works with a number of licensees to negotiate deals for the benefit of players and their unions.

From this year Electronic Arts has announced that it has tightened a new one partnership with AC Milan (reason why the Rossoneri are not present with name and official uniforms in PES 2021). This agreement guarantees Electronic Arts the possibility of using the AC Milan brand in all aspects, from those related to the presence in FIFA 21 of the official uniforms del Diavolo to the license to reproduce on screen i faces of footballers that make up the rose. EA therefore defended itself, stating that Ibrahimovic is included in the game with full rights, having entered into an agreement, as well as with AC Milan, also with FIFPro lobby, the international federation of professional footballers that takes care (also) of these details.

But this answer was not enough for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and he increased the dose, posting the following message on Facebook:
