How to unlock Super C 17

The only way to unlock this character is make a wish at the dragon Shenron. To get the chance to do this you will first need to find 7 Dragon Balls (follow the guide to Finding Dragon Balls for more help). Once you have the orbs, you can summon Shenron and choose the wish "I want more usable characters". The first time you choose this wish the prize will be Gogeta Super Saiyan 4, therefore, you will have to find the 7 Dragon Balls again to be able to make the same wish again. The second time the prize will be Super 17.
